hi
i was searching and surfing in the web this monring then i run into this forum of moroccan jewish, well i am not jewish i am muslim so i dont know if i am welcomed here or no, but i am moroccan like you i was born and raised in casablanca but i am originally berber, now i reside in US in st louis, missouri.
so i hope i didnt make it long for you guy but i join this group because i love to learn more about other people and other religion.

I came to Israel, when I was 8 years old, on 1962.

You are most welcome her, in thar wonderful site.

You can learn a lot about moroccan jews, because, I know, that this generation in Morocco (the young) , doesn't know about our holidays etc.

darna will be a second house for you and you will
find many interresting subjects about the tradition
of jewish and musulman people.

you will also realize how these two religions got along
through hundreds of years, and especially in marroco.

i was born in marroco too. came to israel in 1961 and since
is still here. by the way i have 2 sons in america too.
