If your email server is not on this server then you can use either the IP address but we suggest you use the email servers name, somehting like mail.YourDomainName.com (this name is just a sample do not use this exact name)

Turn "On" this option if you have to authenticate to send email. Some email servers that are on the same server as this script likely would not require this, but spam is such a problem, do not be suprised if this is required, Call you ISP to be sure.
